This is a 29 year old Macallan from Gordon & MacPhail's Speymalt range, a single cask bottling in a 70cl bottle at 57.4% ABV.
It was distilled on 2 April 1997 and matured in a refill American hogshead, cask 4355. Gordon & MacPhail bottled it on 10 June 2026 at natural cask strength, filling 126 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose brings heather honey, ripe pineapple and lemon with soft vanilla. The palate is soft and creamy, with sweet nectarine, lively citrus and a restrained caramel sweetness. The long finish fades into dry oak, leaving a touch of white pepper.
