This is a 30 year old Macallan from Speyside, the fourth bottling in the Prometheus series. It was bottled by the Glasgow Distillery Company.
The whisky was distilled in 1988 and matured for three decades in a single sherry butt. It was bottled at 51.8% ABV, and the cask yielded 544 bottles.
Each bottle comes with a heavy metal stopper and an individually numbered booklet, in a piano finish box.
