Macallan – Amber Meadow

Amber Meadow is a Speyside single malt from Macallan, the third annual limited release in the Harmony Collection. It was matured in a mix of sherry and bourbon casks. Macallan took its inspiration from Scotland's natural grasslands, aiming for a whisky that recalls warm meadows and ripe barley fields, with a rich, citrus-scented finish. The nose is rich with orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley. On the palate come rich oak, lemon, melon, classic pastry, almonds and green tea. The finish is rich, sweet, long and complex.
