Macallan Classic Cut 2025 is a single malt bottled at 50.6% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in sherry casks of European and American oak, together with ex-bourbon casks.
The Macallan was founded in 1824. At full strength the palate shows velvety milk chocolate and orange peel. With water added to bring it down to 40%, bright grapefruit and creamy vanilla panna cotta come forward.
