Macallan Concept No.2 is a single malt from the 2019 edition, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It draws on three kinds of cask. Sherry-seasoned American oak brings sweetness of vanilla, citrus and toffee, Miguel Martin sherry casks add a rounded spiciness, and ex-bourbon casks contribute floral citrus and vanilla.
Sweet toffee and dried apple come with almond, cinnamon and gentle, rounded wood spice.
