Macallan Decanter No. 6 is a single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl Lalique crystal decanter.
The whisky takes its natural colour and character from first-fill, sherry-seasoned oak casks from Spain, handmade by coopers in Jerez de la Frontera.
The palate is heavy and lush, with rich fruitcake of raisins, dates and figs, then apple, orange, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and a touch of clove, with soft, velvety oak. The finish is long and full.
