Macallan – Distil Your World: The London Edition (70cl, 57.5%)

Macallan Distil Your World: The London Edition is a single malt bottled at 57.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was made in collaboration with the Roca Brothers, owners of El Celler de Can Roca in Spain, a restaurant twice named Best Restaurant in the World. The series follows the brothers in a documentary as they explore different cultures and cuisines. The packaging for this edition features a map of London. The nose has sugared pan de muerto bread, creamy vanilla, sweet pineapple, marigold flowers and fresh coriander. The palate is intensely sweet, with orange oil, chocolatey Mexican mole and charred pineapple, and the finish is sweet with a delicate note of charred coals.
