Macallan – Genesis Limited Edition (70cl, 46%)

Genesis is a single malt from Macallan, released to commemorate the 2018 inauguration of the brand's architecturally distinctive distillery in Speyside. Bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, it is limited to 2,500 bottles and comes with a signed architectural print. The nose combines sweet dried fruits, oak, fresh apple and chocolate, with hints of orange peel. The palate brings cinnamon and ginger spice, chocolate and intense dried fruit. The finish is medium in length, sweet yet dry, clean and warming.
