Macallan Harmony Collection Jing is a 2025 single malt from Speyside, composed by the Macallan Whisky Mastery Team to echo the aromatic complexity of tea.
It was matured in a combination of sherry-matured American oak, European oak and a small share of ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is of peach, apricot, honey and tropical fruit. On the palate there is ripe peach in syrup, warm citrus, toffee and light floral hints, leading to a long, complex finish with a subtle, tea-like dryness.
