Macallan – Harmony Collection Rich Cacao

Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is the first limited release in a new annual series, created around the pairing of whisky and chocolate. It is a single malt made from a combination of European and American oak casks. It came about through a collaboration with pastry chef Jordi Roca of the three-Michelin-star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan travelled to Girona in Spain to explore chocolate making and the flavour profiles of Casa Cacao, where she also spent time with master chocolatier Damien Allsop.
