Macallan – Harmony Rich Cacao (70cl, 44%)

A single malt from Macallan made in collaboration with the pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan worked with Roca and Casa Cacao chocolatier Damien Allsop, and the whisky is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from whiskies aged in sherry-seasoned European oak and sherry-seasoned American oak casks. The presentation box is recyclable and made using cacao pod husks. The nose is chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger. The palate brings dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon, and the finish is long with rich chocolate.
