Macallan Home Collection The Distillery is the first release in the Home Collection, which is dedicated to the Macallan distillery and celebrates its roots in the local community since 1824. It is limited to 6,900 bottles worldwide. The distillery is shown in a watercolour by Colin Rizza, an artist who works at Macallan, inspired by the 485-hectare estate. The whisky is bottled at 43.5% ABV, with natural colour and chill-filtered. The nose is delicate and complex with sweet spice, the palate gently crumbly, and the finish rich and of medium length.
