Macallan – M Black 2017 Release (70cl)

The Macallan M Black is a single malt from Macallan, the 2017 release, in a 70cl bottle. It was the final premium addition to the Macallan 1824 Series, which ran from 2012 to 2018, and is one of 725 bottles. It has a subtle smoky edge. It was created to celebrate the distillery's heritage and as a nod to Macallan's peaty past. The whisky comes in the M decanter, a crystal design by the French film and art director Fabien Baron, made by Lalique and requiring a 15 stage finishing process.
