Macallan Select Oak is a Speyside single malt from The 1824 Collection, which Macallan marketed between 2012 and 2018. It was a travel retail exclusive and has since been discontinued. It is bottled at 40% in a one-litre bottle.
The whisky is matured in a combination of casks: first fill European sherry casks, together with American oak that has been seasoned with either sherry or bourbon.
