The whisky matured for 12 years exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks at The Macallan Estate in Easter Elchies. Those casks contribute dried fruit, warm spice and oak.
It is naturally amber in colour, with sticky dates and gentle cinnamon on the nose. The palate brings rich oak and a subtle warmth of stem ginger.
