Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is the 2025 release of a Speyside single malt from the Sherry Oak range. The whiskies in this range mature only in carefully selected sherry oak casks from Jerez.
The casks are credited with giving the range its richness and complexity. This 18-year-old shows a natural, light mahogany colour.
It is described as full-bodied, with ripe oak, ginger and raisin.
