This is Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old, a limited edition single malt from Speyside in the 2015/1997 release.
It belongs to the Sherry Oak range, whose whiskies mature solely in hand-selected sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez. The casks give the range its richness and complexity, and the whisky has a light mahogany colour.
The palate is full-bodied, with ripe oak, ginger and raisin.
