This is the 2023 release of Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old, a limited edition single malt from Speyside.
It comes from the Sherry Oak range, in which every whisky matures only in hand-selected sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez. The casks give the range its richness and complexity, and the whisky has a light mahogany colour.
The palate is full-bodied, with ripe oak, ginger and raisin.
