Macallan – The Harmony Collection Fresh Coconut (70cl, 46.3%)

Fresh Coconut is a Macallan single malt from the Harmony Collection, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. The release is inspired by fresh coconut, a flavour rarely associated with Macallan, and follows the distillery's long collaboration with the Roca brothers, including the pastry chef Jordi Roca. The nose brings fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruit, with vanilla, sweet oak and subtle spice. The palate offers coconut milk, sharp lime and a soft sweetness, leading to a bright, floral finish.
