Macallan The Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is a single malt distilled at the Macallan distillery in Speyside, bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is the first release in The Harmony Collection, a new series made in collaboration with the pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca. The whisky was matured in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks.
