Macallan TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask is a 20-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle at 44.8% abv. It is the first Macallan whisky influenced by casks seasoned with the distillery's own Valdespino sherry.
It matured first in sherry-seasoned oak casks on the Macallan Estate, then spent a marrying period in a selection of the first 200 casks seasoned at the Valdespino bodega in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Those casks were crafted in Macallan's cooperages and arrived in 2024 as part of the distillery's 200th anniversary celebrations.
