MacNair's Lum Reek is a 10 year old blended malt whisky from Speyside, bottled at a cask strength of 55.8% ABV in its second batch. It was matured in sherry casks, wine barriques and virgin oak casks, and is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is of grilled honeycomb, ginger and vanilla, with cinnamon, campfire smoke and syrup. The palate brings dark chocolate, burnt orange peel and honeycomb, followed by smoked spices, caramel and roasted coffee beans, with ginger in the finish.
