A blanco tequila from Maestro Dobel in Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% Blue Weber agave. A portion of the agave is cooked with a light smoking technique and blended with traditionally cooked agave distillate, giving a subtle smoky character while keeping the brightness of tequila. It is unaged and shows fresh agave, citrus, light smoke and herbal notes, with sweet agave, lime zest, soft pepper and a gentle smoky layer on the palate.
