Maker's Mark Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 56.6% ABV in a 37.5cl bottle. It is aged in lightly charred barrels.
The nose shows bright cinnamon, caramel and oak spice. The palate is rich and creamy, with caramel, wheat, black pepper and clove.
The finish is long and slightly dry, with cinnamon spice, wheat and black pepper lingering.
