Maker's Mark – Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (75cl)

Maker's Mark Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at barrel proof, in a 75cl bottle. The strength runs from 108 to 114 proof depending on the barrels, and the bourbon is non-chill-filtered. It is screen filtered to remove pieces of wood and char before it goes to the bottle. The flavours of the standard Maker's Mark are carried through with more oak, caramel, vanilla and spice. The nose is big with oak, vanilla and smoky charcoal. The palate is richer and more robust, with spice, vanilla and smoke. The finish is longer, with no roughness or bitterness.
