Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2023 (70cl, 57.8%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2023 is the brand's first long-aged bourbon, bottled at cask strength, 57.8% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 70% corn, 16% soft winter wheat and 14% malted barley. It combines spirit aged for 11 and 12 years. The casks were first kept in the distillery's traditional warehouses, then moved to its limestone cellar for further ageing. The nose offers dark stone fruit, caramelised sugar and toasted oak. On the palate come big oak, dark vanilla and fruit, and the finish is long and velvety, with caramelised barrel notes and baking spices.
