Maker's Mark (70cl)

Maker's Mark is a bourbon made by hand in small production runs, in a 70cl bottle. Red winter wheat is used in the recipe, which gives its sweet character. The barrels are turned and rotated during ageing so that maturation is even, and each bottle is sealed with wax applied by hand. The brand talks of four Ws: water, wheat, wood and wax. It is typically described as smooth and sweet, with notes of caramel and vanilla and a pleasant finish.
