The nose is fresh green apple and sweet malt with cinnamon, cracked pepper and a subtle grain character. The palate begins with apple and gentle sweetness, followed by warming cinnamon, pepper and rye spice. The finish is warm and lightly spicy, with lingering apple, cinnamon, pepper and soft malt.
