A 17 year old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2025 as part of the Infrequent Flyers series. It has a golden amber colour, and a refill port cask still shapes the whisky while staying well balanced.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with strawberries and cream alongside fine caramel and spice that recall Biscoff biscuits. On the palate come bitter orange, orange marmalade, apricot and peach cobbler, joined by crème brûlée and a light, sweet peppery spice.
