This is a Belgian single malt from Maredsous, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022 at three years old. It was matured in bourbon barrels and then finished in oak barrels. It is bottled at 47% in a 50cl bottle, and 871 bottles were filled. The nose brings vanilla, light honey, malt and soft wood, with a subtle spiciness. The palate is round, with toffee, grain, oak and a light herbal note. The finish is medium, warm and clean.
