This is Mars Kasei, a Japanese blended malt whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40%.
It is an amber-orange colour. The nose is floral, with ripe fruit and a little smoke. The palate is warming, with honey, green apples and grapes. The finish is long, with vanilla and citrus notes.
