Mars Komagatake Yakushima Aging 2021 is the fourth bottling of a whisky made on a long journey from Shinshu to Yakushima. It is bottled at 56% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky developed its flavour on Yakushima island, surrounded by the island's natural landscape. On the nose are brown sugar, smoke and banana, with hints of sea salt. The palate brings juicy orange, and the finish is lasting and peaty.
