This is a five-year-old Irish blended whisky from McConnell's, bottled at 46% ABV. It combines Irish malt and Irish grain whisky, aged in first-fill Bourbon casks and then finished in Cognac casks chosen by Master Distiller Graeme Millar.
The Cognac finish brings candied lemons and dried pineapples, with a lingering ginger spice.
