This is a peated single malt from McHenry Distillery, and the first peated whisky the distillery has released. It is bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle. The nose combines smoky earthiness with a sea breeze. The palate brings salted caramel sweetness with a touch of sea salt, along with vanilla, caramel fudge and a smooth, full texture. The finish is warmly spiced, with raisin and a gentle smokiness.
