McKenzie Bottled in Bond Wheated Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

A bottled-in-bond wheated bourbon from Finger Lakes Distilling, a New York State farm distillery. The mash bill is 70% local corn, 20% red winter wheat and 10% malted barley. As a bottled-in-bond whisky it comes from a single distillery and a single distilling season, is aged for at least four years and is bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, here in a 75cl bottle. The red winter wheat takes the place of rye as the secondary grain, which gives a softer, more rounded bourbon character.
