Meikle Toir 'The Chinquapin One' is a single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. GlenAllachie was founded in 1967 and returned to Scottish ownership in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought it along with the filled casks in its warehouse. The distillery has four stills and two spirit safes, so it can make smoky and unsmoky new make side by side.
