Mellow Corn is a Kentucky straight corn whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 50% ABV. It is made from a mash of at least 80 percent corn, following the regulations that define straight corn whiskey, and aged for four years in a once-used Bourbon barrel.
The nose is oak with delicate spice. The palate is full-bodied and textured, with a softly spiced sweetness, and the finish is sweet and chewy, reminiscent of a Barbadian rum.
