A single distillery rum from the Dominican Republic, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 after 10 years of ageing: 3 years tropical and 7 years European. The outturn was 5,500 bottles.
The nose is intense, with vanilla, cinnamon, muscovado, coconut, orange blossom and a hint of pepper. The palate is rich, with oak, delicate vanilla, warming spice and exotic spices, and the finish is long and well balanced.
