Michel Couvreur Cap a Pie is a blended whisky from France, bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It contains a high proportion of malt whiskies, which gives the flavours more complexity as they develop. The nose is iodised, with a hint of almond, vanilla sweetness, light floral notes and white fruit. On the palate it is lively yet very round, with a hint of sherry. It is easy to drink and is served as an aperitif at low temperatures.
