Michel Couvreur Unexpected Edition III is a French whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at its natural strength of 50% ABV.
It was matured in a mix of Amontillado, Oloroso, Fino and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, mostly in a humid cellar. The blend is subtle and elegant, with a strong aromatic concentration.
The cereal flavours are very expressive, with no peat or smoke, and the aftertaste is bright.
