Michter's – Bomberger's Declaration 2025 Small Batch (70cl, 54%)

Bomberger's Declaration is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Michter's, created as a tribute to the Bomberger's distillery, which became known as Michter's in the 20th century. This small batch was bottled in 2025 at 54% (108 proof) in a 70cl bottle, with 2,583 bottles filled from batch L25E1905. The bourbon matured partly in Chinquapin oak casks and partly in American white oak casks. The Chinquapin wood is air-dried for three years before the casks are toasted and charred. Both cask types then aged for 5 to 6 years in warehouses with controlled heat cycles. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
