Michter's – Bourbon

Michter's Bourbon comes from Louisville, Kentucky, from a distillery counted among the oldest in the United States. It is made in very small batches, typically twenty-four casks or fewer, and aged for around eight years. Master distiller Willie Pratt, who has worked in whisky for more than forty years, is known as Dr. No because he will not let a barrel be released or bottled until it is right. As a result, the bourbon tends to spend longer in cask than many producers would allow.
