Michter's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Small Batch

Michter's Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon, matured for over eight years in new American white oak casks. It is bottled in numbered batches, each rarely more than a few hundred bottles, and usually drawn from no more than 25 to 30 casks at a time. The nose is restrained, with wood and corn. On the palate the corn is clearer, mixed with honey and vanilla. The finish brings delicate pepper and oak, gently warm and well balanced by acidity.
