Michter's – Single Barrel 10 Year Old Bourbon 2021 (75cl, 47.2%)

Michter's Single Barrel 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Fort Nelson Distillery in Louisville, bottled from single barrels at 47.2% ABV. This is the 2021 release. The barrels are aged for a minimum of ten years in heat-cycled warehouses, and the bourbon is released only when barrels of that age are judged to meet the distillery's standard. The nose is rich caramel, maple syrup and dried fruit with a camphor note. The palate brings caramel, toffee, dried fruit and warm oak spice. The finish is long, with maple, camphor, tobacco and warm spice.
