Michter's US 1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made from a mashbill built on American corn. Each small batch is blended in a holding tank sized for a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves no margin for blending out imperfection, so every barrel has to be good.
Its character is nuanced, mellow and earthy, in the manner of the Bluegrass State.
