Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a small batch bourbon from Kentucky, bottled at 45.7% (91.4 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
It is made from a mashbill built on high quality American corn. Each batch is blended in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves no room to blend out a weaker barrel.
It is described as nuanced, mellow and earthy.
