Michter's US 1 Kentucky Straight Rye is a single barrel rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 42% ABV. Every bottle comes from one barrel.
The whiskey is made from American rye grain that is sheared to extract more flavour from the grain. It can be drunk neat or in cocktails.
It is typically described as spicy and peppery, with citrus, butterscotch and oak.
