Michter's US*1 Small Batch is an unblended American whiskey, bottled at 41.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in already-used barrels, much as Scotch is, and contains no neutral grain spirit, which is the reason for the 'unblended' name.
The tasting notes describe it as soft, with deep butterscotch and vanilla, hints of caramel and dried tropical fruits, and a fresh, floral, peachy finish.
