Michter's US*1 is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 45.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mashbill of carefully selected American corn.
Each batch is blended in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves no room to blend out a weaker barrel. The bourbon is described as nuanced, mellow and earthy.
