Michter's US*1 Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 45.7%)

Michter's US*1 Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 45.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The US*1 name honours the heritage of a brand established in 1753. It is made from a mashbill built on American corn. Each batch is blended in a holding tank that takes no more than twenty barrels, and a release is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels. It is described as a well-balanced, sweeter style of bourbon: nuanced, mellow and earthy, with rich caramel, balanced vanilla, stone fruit and smoky depth, finishing on oak.
